For us, sustainability means valuing what we already have. We have therefore deliberately chosen not to replace or dispose of the high-quality solid wooden furniture. Instead, it has all been carefully refurbished and combined with new materials and modern design elements.

What you should know

    • From 1st to 2nd birthday: €10.00 per day

    • From 2nd to 5th birthday: €25.00 per day

    • From 5th to 13th birthday: 30% discount on standard price

    • Prices are per person per day and include half-board and the Guest Mobil Card (excluding local tourist tax).

    • In the event of early departure the room will still be charged for a further three days.

    • We charge a supplement of €10 per day for dogs (food not included). Please note that dogs are not permitted in the lounge or by the swimming pool.

    • Payment options: cash (cash payments are limited as stipulated by Italian regulations), Eurocheques, Visa, Mastercard or debit card.

  • Free of charge up to eight weeks before the start of your stay. After that, we charge 70% of the price if cancellation is made four weeks in advance, and 80% of the total price for cancellations made later.

  • The Südtirol Guest Pass is included in the room price, and offers:

    • unlimited use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol

    • unlimited use of the following public lifts and cable cars in South Tyrol: the cable cars up to Vöran, Mölten, Meransen, Kohlern and Ritten, plus the funicular railway to the Mendel Pass and the Ritten tramway

    • free access to a wide range of exciting activities

    • All of our double rooms with south-facing balconies have been newly and individually refurbished and boast a spacious sofa and seating area, a new bathroom with shower/WC and a hairdryer. In addition, each room features a new flat-screen TV, a direct-dial phone, a safe and Wi-Fi.

    • The Comfort double rooms have all been newly refurbished and extended. Each features a separate living and sleeping area and spacious, well-appointed bathrooms with a hairdryer. The rooms also have a flat-screen TV, a safe, a direct-dial phone and Wi-Fi.

    • Unfortunately, we are unable to meet requests for specific rooms when booking.

    • Double rooms for single occupancy are available on request only (subject to a surcharge of up to 30% depending on the season).

    • We would ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 am on the day of your departure.

    • Your room will be ready for you from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival.
