Made with love:
cuisine at the Tenne
Gourmet dining for our guests
A holiday in South Tyrol simply wouldn’t be the same without good food! Fortunately, the boss, Christine, has a real knack for cooking. She doesn’t just focus on seasonal produce – she also takes great care in selecting ingredients, most of which come from local producers.
Our generous and varied breakfast buffet offers fresh bread from the village bakery, alongside homemade jams, fruit, and a selection of South Tyrolean sausages and cheeses. You can look forward to new highlights every day: smoothies, homemade herbal teas, lovingly prepared sweet pastries, porridge, a variety of spreads and much more besides.

A delicious, daily-changing menu awaits you in the evening. Begin with our extensive starter and salad buffet, followed by a three-course meal inspired by the season, regional produce and whatever nature has to offer at that time of year.
We have expressly decided not to offer a menu choice. Years of experience have shown that our guests enjoy going with the flow, trying out the new and letting our kitchen staff surprise them. Sometimes it’s a little luxury not to have to choose – simply take a seat and look forward to whatever arrives today on your plate.
Of course, we are happy to cater for vegetarian preferences, allergies and food intolerances.

A generous breakfast buffet featuring homemade South Tyrolean specialities

A touch of tradition, a hint of Mediterranean style
and even a dash of multiculturalism
In the evenings Christine will surprise you with a fresh take on South Tyrolean cuisine where, alongside favourites such as dumplings, ravioli and tagliatelle, you might also find hummus, shakshuka, couscous, bulgur, quinoa and lentils featuring on the three-course menu. And of course there’s always the extensive starter and salad buffet. Christine’s passion and creativity really come into their own in the kitchen – and you can see and taste the results.
